Declining culture = Just letting the sheeple free.
That is all the 'decline of civilization' is. The degenerate NPCs have always been worthless. Even back when civilization was at its strongest. It's just that in earlier eras, normies weren't given the freedom to run amok. They were kept under control by their betters. Then democracy/liberalism/etc happened and suddenly all the retards were just allowed to go do as they pleased. The result is that the culture became utter shit.
This 'rise and fall of civilizations' thing is such a meme. Nothing about the 90% of humans ever actually changes. It just so happens that the extent to which the retards are regulated isn't consistent across history so in some eras the capacity for self-destruction isn't as high.
This is why democracy never has and never will work. Somebody needs to keep the idiots under control.
