How much mg should I run with CJC and IPA?

Like 500mcg a day of CJC every night?
And what about IPA

I’ve seen on chat gpt that 100 mcg x3 per day of Cjc and 100mcg IPA x3 per day is good. 5 days on 2 days off but someone correct me if I’m wrong.
