Day:2 I’m doing this entry late bc I switched from afternoon to night injections, the injections themselves did not hurt as much as yesterday’s injections, I’ve been drinking more water so the needle does not “suck on my skin” that’s the best way to describe that feeling. As for the side effects I don’t believe they are as bad when compared to yesterday, but also I’m walking outside it’s on the colder side so I think that might be why I don’t feel as dizzy or flushed as yesterday but I still felt them. Less than ten minutes later I feel tired but it would be in my mind or because it’s pretty late. One thing I’ve noticed is that I’m thirstier than usual.

It’s not my goal but I have noticed I’ve been more tired and it helps me sleep faster and longer increased my sleep time by 3 hours.PS I also take magnesium citrate and melatonin and hour-39 minutes before bed

are you taking melatonin every day? If you are, stop. You're gonna end up frying your receptors since the amount of melatonin you take orally is 3x the amount your body makes and then some.

Personally I believe it’s the first thing you notice besides dizziness and flushed feeling(warm face).
