ig it supports recovery but even real hgh barely grows muscle so its secretagogue peptides are even worse at that, but for sleep and recover could have some benefits

Without dac the effect will be like 40 mins with dac will be like 5/6 days. Either way hgh is way better but its more expensive so its ur decision
