Pretty much. I was also scared of doing anything ”risky” so i only learnt the basics then just shit posted
This is also not my first acc, i joined late 2022 but didnt use the acc after a while so got banned bc of being offline for more ghen a month or whatever it is so its kinda bad, but atleast im starting to try now ig

Without dac is not gonna hurt you, with dac you run the risk of some sides. Honestly I took it without dac and took ghrp-6 and it's kinda cope. Would only recommend taking 300mcg with dac a week for skin benefits, muscle building potential of gh peptides is lame you're better off taking hgh (still not great for muscle).
