I'm considering using it mostly for facial bonemass, will it boost GH enough to make a difference? I'm too poor for hgh and the downsides are also a factor.

It will make a difference. Avoid AIs tho. Aromatase inhibitors will nullify any bone mass gains you get from GH peptides. They cause massive losses in bone density.
