I’ve been pinning for about 3 weeks now, but the past two nights (before last night) I missed my pins because I was super drunk and just basically fell asleep.
Anyways, to make up for missing those two days i upped my dose by about 2.2x, just for the night of course. Normally, after I pin my face is pretty flushed and a bit hot for like 10 minutes. But it literally felt like there was steam coming off my face and I looked like a tomato.
More importantly, my heart sounded like it was about to explode, my chest was thumping like a base speaker, I could hear my heartbeat from laying on my pillow sideways.
This shit lasted for like 45 minutes and I was genuinely considering going to a hospital, luckily, I took 20mg melatonin to knock my ass our which worked and I feel fine now.
Pretty scary experience, wouldn’t recommend trying to compensate for missed pins
