you can't know without having a blood test, but personally I will take 6.25mg of exemestane, then do a test to see if I need to increase or decrease it a little.

yes, I wouldn't be willing to inject that much because the ipamorelin has to be pinned like 3x per day. but a better combo would be
CJC WITH DAC - 2mg a week (u only gotta pin 1x a week)
mk677 - 25mg
of course this is only if you cant afford gh, this wont shut down your natural production. also get on a low dose of aromasin
