Let's say, in the near future, that we have a humanoid that feels, talks, thinks, dreams, moves, loves or hates exactly like a human.
Not similarly, not in a pretending maner, I mean biologically IDENTICALLY like a human.
In every way possible it would be IDENTICAL to a human being.
What would you consider this thing? How would you distinguish it from a "real" human if there is no apparent nor real biological difference between one another?
Precision:
I want to distinguish this idea of an artificial but identical human to nowadays AI's
To this day, AI's can not be considered sentient or human, as they lack the physical capacity to receive stimuli and respond accordingly; all they do for now is answer to prompts thanks to man made programs.
But since humans are just "biological robots" with sensors and hard wired, innate, "programmed" responses to specific stimuli,
an artificial human equipped with identical sensors would constitute no difference to a biological human.
