Class III malocclusion solutions (mild case)

camouflage to solve class 3 malocclusion, with premolar or molar extraction (my case as I understand it is mild) that most would recommend me to solve it, the maxillofacial operation is not an option (too much money)
What types of physical changes would my face have? And if it is worth doing? After that I plan to have a chin reduction so that my jaw looks more angular.

It would be a bad aesthetic outcome compared to double jaw surgery.

You won’t be achieving forward growth of the maxilla or midface, you will only achieve a flare face with a “better” bite (still have a very restricted airway).

Best option is to wait and save up money/get a loan/ apply for insurance to cover, an actual double jaw surgery.

I have slight class III. Every day I’m thankful that I didn’t take up an ortho and surgeons offer to get extractions and just leave me with a totally recessed flat face with no airway. I’ll be getting double jaw after I get MSE within a year.
