Maybe. Went to an all boy's school for a while. There's a lot of banter and jokes which you can't make in co-ed.
I'm not saying it's better but it's not all bad either.

In the West yeah boy schools are optimal but, in the East Mix are optimal

Personally, I think co-ed is better on balance but boys only has its merits too.
