he’s in a looksmaxxing psychosis, he’s gonna end up being some kind of internet archive story “the guy that got 50 surgeries to looksmax and turned ugly” he looks fine the way he is, he could live his entire life out with no issues regarding looks, he’s doing it just to do it, very odd
