other than that i think there are unproven benefits because it makes you feel very different

as an experiment i went back to the normal "balanced diet" for a few weeks. cooked meat, rice, fruit etc. nothing "unhealthy" but in reality my digestion is terrible now and i dont feel close to as good as i used to
