Clav makes content for low IQ 14 year olds, and his advice has no real impact on the kids that consume it. Most of them are just gonna go on lifting and dieting like they otherwise would have anyways, except he’s also promoting degeneracy that they maybe wouldn’t be as heavily exposed to by a figure they see as trustworthy
