The pelvis bone continues to widen and grow in age till you’re 80+


That’s because you’re standing and sitting all day from your body weight pressing down on it

Now just think if you had those forces to stretch the clavicle

Shit don’t matter, hip bones fuse at 20-25 too yet as you can never stop growing because of pressure being put on them by walking sitting etc

Every bone in your body is constantly being broken down and built back up

Hip bone keeps growing because pressure from every day activities

In one framemaxxing guide I found the exercise "Warrior pose 2" or "Virabhadrasana". The guide says that this exercise constantly strains the clavicles and shoulders in general, which in theory should expand them (I say from my own experience that the shoulders really hurt after doing them correctly). The author says to do the exercise several times a day for 50-100 repetitions. I do 100×4 during the day.
