Does he mean 2 cm on each side of the shoulders? If so that’s 3 inches total. Rogers’ office told me 4 inches was the total lengthening.

im in the same boat bros, i have been gymcelling for two years and i even went on pharma grade hgh and my clavicles didnt lenghten one tad bit, i should of went on roids but im prone to balding. I now wear silicone shoulder pads so i fraud my frame otherwise i look like a 12 year old frame. The shoulder pads saved me from depression honestly because i would like shit in shirts but now i look decent

I agree 100%, my friend always told me i had a decent face but my body was lacking and he said my upper body looks small, after blackpilling realized it was my shit frame. I seriously recommend frauding with silicone pads until u get surgery. I look way better now and it makes all my shirts fit well

isnt it more about ribcage size? and torso length? A wide upper body is a major halo (wide and thick torso) but its not achievable for me because my torso is so short it makes the muscle look so incel blocky and childish. and small ribcage too. i hate it
