Neither will this surgery, his ribcage is literally like 50% wider on the right.

Clavicle lengthening could be nice to perfect your ratios (hip/waist/shoulder) if you're unable to quite get there by gymcelling but it's not a "this surgery saved my life" kind of thing like LL. The increase is really small and it's very expensive.
