Met a friend of mine who was 30pounds less than me at 6ft3 and he easily clavicle mogged me.

Now after @Chintuck22 s article on frame I feel kinda self conscious so I frauded this pic to have some dudes on the internet tell me to rope.

train your upperlats (pulling exercises) and lower lats (rowing exersies)

train your traps with rackpulls and shrugs for your upperback
