Clavicle surgery for frame

My right clavicle has been broken since birth.

Is it worth it to fix it surgically to improve my frame?

How much would my frame improve and what exactly should I tell my surgeon to make the best out of the surgery?

I am 16

these all exist; why not use them instead of coping with age and relating it to metabolism? He should be lean at 16; we all should.

the issue is with clavicular injury i have had one myself is if you dont heal it right its hard to manage surgery you are kinda late so i hope you were in a brace

you want to crank metabolism up to a point where you are getting lean while still putting fuel in the engine (cals, fats, carbs, proteins, micros. macros,) and you need periods where you rest,

you can get lean in a 200 calorie deficit doesnt need to be mich

im asking cos I'm 14 and in a 500 calorie defecit as I'm like 20%rn lol. I should be getting down to 15ish by august

add hgh and a glp and do fasted cardio 30 mins as you wake

400 mg caffeine for thermogenesis (monitor resting hr and bp tho)

youll be lean and you can eat as you want just dont binge dude you are 2 young for this deficit

id crank my igf1 up as much as I can to mitigate the growth im stunting with -500 but even then you should eat more
