mine is also very narrow, I fixed it by growing my lats and serratus, but mine isn't compressed on the bottom.

Oh lord, he should stop doing any exercises that stimulate oblique growth. Maybe on all the gear his on, it’s easy for them to grow. I think as a natty or low dose user, it’s much harder for them to grow significantly?it's gotten a little better yeah, but it's still there in his videos.
it depends on the way your obliques insert though, some make it worse if you train them, this guy for example.

Zyzz had very nice muscle insertions and leanness which made him look good.Imagine dedicating your whole life to following strict diets, routines, stressing the fuck out of your body etc. just to look like a pathetic framelet manlet who doesn't lift

I think if you have a bad frame, your best bet is to build solid arms so that you look like you lift. Like with DunhamZyzz had very nice muscle insertions and leanness which made him look good.
