My bidelt grew atleast 3-5 inches in just 2-3 years.
-If these pictures aren't enough evidence for you, try this yourself and measure your results. I am not saying this guarantees exact growth that I had but will most certainly help with your body goals and overall health.
-This was my routine for the last 2 years that you should follow if you want results like mine
1. First of all you NEED to be a teenager for this to work because that's the only period when you can get this results after that you can just try to add muscle tissue to your shoulders and growth will be significantly lower than if you were doing this as a teenager.
2. Diet. Diet is the most important thing because it's responsible for your overrall health and overall growth, try to minimise glucose intake and maximize protein, fat and vitamin K, magnesium, vitamin D and selenium. My diet was mostly milk, eggs, meat, bananas as my only sugar and pottassium food (except potatoes sometimes), try to stick to diet like that for the most of your adolescent life and try to maximize your testosterone even through food you eat. Eat citrus fruit sometimes too, fructose is not your enemy if you use it right, for example citrus fruits can boost your testosterone because of some antioxidants in them and try to eat 1 spoon of raw honey before sleep (if you can get jar of it without processed sugar) because that also can boost your igf1 and testosterone.
3. Start going to the fucking gym already.
I know some guys on the forum are saying "There's no gym for your face" or "Gym is cope for incels" but gym is generally very good for you if you know how to workout the right way. In these 2 years I was doing PPL + Arnold split and I had amazing results so you should try with that. Do not ego lift because every injury will just be one more obstacle before you reach your goal.
4. PEDS, I personally haven't used them throughout my journey, the inly supplement I used was creatine and at the start of my gym career I used whey protein (that caused my skin breakouts so that's the reason I stopped) for PEDS, because I never used them I can just say that you can try to cope with MK677 because you could eat more so you can try to boost igf-1 as much as you can or just hop on HGH that's it from me on this topic.
5. The most obvious part, Genetics
90% of the things i wrote before this will work if you have dog shit genetics but it could still be pretty good for your overall health and wellbeing if you actually follow my guide, who knows maybe you will hyper respond to this lifestyle and get even better result than me.
