This is my guide on how to get from 16 inch bidelt manlet to 21+ inch bidelt in just 2 years.
-This personally worked for me so I hope it can work for you too.
This was me 2 and a half years ago
(skinny manlet on the left in white t-shirt)
I had 52-56kg there and was 171-175cm tall

My bidelt grew atleast 3-5 inches in just 2-3 years.

-If these pictures aren't enough evidence for you, try this yourself and measure your results. I am not saying this guarantees exact growth that I had but will most certainly help with your body goals and overall health.
-This was my routine for the last 2 years that you should follow if you want results like mine

1. First of all you NEED to be a teenager for this to work because that's the only period when you can get this results after that you can just try to add muscle tissue to your shoulders and growth will be significantly lower than if you were doing this as a teenager.

2. Diet. Diet is the most important thing because it's responsible for your overrall health and overall growth, try to minimise glucose intake and maximize protein, fat and vitamin K, magnesium, vitamin D and selenium. My diet was mostly milk, eggs, meat, bananas as my only sugar and pottassium food (except potatoes sometimes), try to stick to diet like that for the most of your adolescent life and try to maximize your testosterone even through food you eat. Eat citrus fruit sometimes too, fructose is not your enemy if you use it right, for example citrus fruits can boost your testosterone because of some antioxidants in them and try to eat 1 spoon of raw honey before sleep (if you can get jar of it without processed sugar) because that also can boost your igf1 and testosterone.

3. Start going to the fucking gym already.
I know some guys on the forum are saying "There's no gym for your face" or "Gym is cope for incels" but gym is generally very good for you if you know how to workout the right way. In these 2 years I was doing PPL + Arnold split and I had amazing results so you should try with that. Do not ego lift because every injury will just be one more obstacle before you reach your goal.

4. PEDS, I personally haven't used them throughout my journey, the inly supplement I used was creatine and at the start of my gym career I used whey protein (that caused my skin breakouts so that's the reason I stopped) for PEDS, because I never used them I can just say that you can try to cope with MK677 because you could eat more so you can try to boost igf-1 as much as you can or just hop on HGH that's it from me on this topic.

5. The most obvious part, Genetics
90% of the things i wrote before this will work if you have dog shit genetics but it could still be pretty good for your overall health and wellbeing if you actually follow my guide, who knows maybe you will hyper respond to this lifestyle and get even better result than me. thanks, just do delts to get fuller frame if you are aiming for bigger looking bidelt and try to maximize your hormonal health

What was ur gym routine?
 
Your advice is valuable, but I doubt your routine significantly contributed to your visual changes. While it may have supported further growth, most of the changes can likely be attributed to natural development.

Adjusting your testosterone levels from, say, 600 to 700 ng/dL would have a negligible impact. Unless you were severely sleep-deprived, obese, highly stressed or extremely sedentary, your T-levels wouldn’t see a dramatic increase.

From personal experience, I used to eat relatively well but struggled with extreme insomnia, despite maintaining an ideal body weight. When I had bloodwork done after just two hours of sleep, my testosterone levels were around 870 ng/dL. Three years later, at 26, my insomnia had only slightly improved. During that time, I took several testosterone-boosting and general health-supporting supplements while also minimizing my exposure to microplastics. Yet, my follow-up bloodwork showed the lowest testosterone levels I’d ever recorded by far and I was tested multiple times.
Stick to the basics: Lift with moderate-high intensity, be active, sleep well and eat a relatively balanced diet without being too restrictive.
Consistent restriction will ultimately activate stress responses in the average men, which basically overrides all your additional efforts.

Also did you cut/bulk and what was ur diet like?
Reps 6-9 but do to 12 if you can, rest 3-5 mins per set, 2-3 sets depends, whenever you feel like your muscle is still sore take rest day until you feel like you can work it properly again, bulk then cut when above 18-20% bf, removed sucrose almost fully for more than a year

this program I am using almost for everything because it's pretty well balanced, but for bidelt and overall shoulder width, lateral raises, and try to build your lats to make that v shape and illusion of even bigger shoulders

above average in almost every country nigger, scandinavia and dinarids are exception where my height is average
