I was recently looking through my camera roll and found a vid of me from 9 years ago (i would have been 12 then) walking around with my shirt off at home like a retard and could see even back then that i had wide clavicles. I can post this if you dont beleive me.
I feel as though the only caveat to this is if you were to use HGH in a period where all your bodies growth plates have closed and your clavicles are still open. This is possible as clavicles are the last to close out of all the bones.
An example i can find of this is this absolute frame slayer on tiktok, he has 27inch clavicle which i can actually beleive considering hes also 6'2.
