I thought that clavicles stopped growing in length in sync to fusion of the long bones, but this study suggest otherwise.

I believe my rib cage expanded in my late 30s. First my lower right rib cracked, and I had to sleep on my left side for 4 months, then my lower left rib cracked, and I had to sleep on my right side for 4 months, then my ziphoid process cracked and took 4 months heal.

While that's true IIRC 90% or so is done growing at around 16.

Clavicles reach 90-95% length at 16 and 100% at 22

@Growth Plate
I remember reading that some bone professor or some shit stated that heavy dumbbell pullovers, at least during your teens, are legit for increasing rib cage growth but I'd read more into it. People also claim that Steve Reeves experienced clavicle growth via what he called "reeves deadlifts" but again, probably cope or would take forever if it actually worked.

The rib cage grows as a result of the growth of the lungs.

Yeah, he said that the heavy breathing involved in heavy dumbbell pullovers induces ribcage growth if you're young enough. I think it's cope though

The study showed an average of 8.5 mm/a clavicle for males from 20 to 25.
are there any exercises that stimulate clavicle growth?

I am not sure. Any exercises that put stress on the clavicles. I am not sure how effective that would be for length, tho.
