If your clavicles are quite narrow as 5”4 does it matter too much, i haven’t gone through proper puberty yet.

Yes but after 20 its barely noticeable difference
If you hop on test maybe you will see a greater difference

niga you don't know anything about growth spurth, I was 163cm in 8th grade (I was around mid 14), 175 in 9th grade (mid 15 - late 15) and 182,5 in 10th, now I'm in 12th (18 and slowly mid 18) and I'm 188 (6'1 for the stupid americans)

that it's all genetics and maybe he's a late boomer, telling a fucking 13 yo to hop on test when he's barely 16 will ruin his hormonal system and puberty

Im pretty sure thats common knowledge bro and we dont know so im always assuming hes an early bloomer like most people

Really just get off the forum. The truly best advice here is to eat well and nutritious, sleep at least 9 hours and do some type of sport or physical activity. It’s that simple.
