Clavicular could have had a BETTER nose surgery

@Clavicular 's nose surgery was clearly made to make his lip to nose ratio better. However the result left the nose slightly downturned. He did intend to get a masculine nose, however it could have been better if he did another surgery, where:

His tip doesn't droop downwards, but straight, so the lower start of nose and the nose tip is perfectly straight. This would be a straightturned nose, which is still masculine and looks slightly better

He clearly descended and he can still return to glory
