It was already common knowledge when the TikTok wave made it popular. Normies were already using PSL language last year. I suppose Clavicular is accelerating the movement with a proper "faceof the movement" and collaboration with important nodes in the greater manosphere, but it definitely wasn't him that made it popular in the first place.
