I think its more about the camera angle the first one is a little bit under-rotated so it makes his supraorbital torus and frontal bone look less projected. If you take a look the big difference between both angles comes from the deviation of the nasofrontal region to the glabella rather than nasofrontal to chin.

I already accounted for the slight change in angle but even then the jaw bone doesn't actually change spot

the angle in the first picture is also better than the second

this 5° only comes from growth unless this picture is ai

Tbh could just be distortion and a little influence from angle as well. I would seriously doubt that he got any chin or lower mandible growth. I was considering that he did filler but hes very anti-filler so discard that as well.
