Looksmaxxing, motivational videos, David Goggins, Andrew Tate, entrepreneurial videos, and dozens of other self-help niches, each on their own, have already garnered billions of views.
Each has had a negligible impact on society; if you rounded the percentage of people who have made a lasting change, it'd be 0%.

The most brutal pill is that if you round the number of lazy people in the world, the number is 100%.
As we are hard-wired to be lazy, considering that we have evolved over millions of years to preserve energy.
