Usually bad proportions are caused by a big head and narrow clavicles on a average height dude or a manlet but Clavicular has the opposite problem: his head looks too small for his body, first because he is tall and secondly because of his wide frame. So he has bad proportions in reverse, it genuinely looks off. His skull needs to appear bigger.

It should be a medium sized skull. Too big is also bad, but not as bad as a small skull
