I have nothing negative to say about the surgery itself, but Clav’s reputation from now on will be as a surgerycel, any TikTok he posts will be full of users calling him a surgerycel in his comments, anyone who he introduces himself to only needs to look him up for 2 minutes to realise his looks came from a surgery, his entire online presence will be based around the fact that he had surgery, which in my mind can only be a bad thing, you should always larp about surgery whenever possible imo. I dont think that will be an issue, if the result is good who cares if he got surgery. After all surgery is the only thing that actually makes a difference. The issue will be the implants, they are too big imo.
