So unless you’re learning a lot or the person is saying really interesting and intelligent things - which Clav sure as hell isn’t - it’s a braindead activity. Finding new music to listen to or audiobooks would be much better for you.

This is how the platforms and the algorithms have selected him in particular, he’s very widely relatable so countless people can have this parasocial relationship with him.
