Never really noticed his nose looked so gay b4

But nah it looks pretty good im more impressed w the brow ridge alteration than anything tbh

He was never going to get bimax and implants. Never was a true candidate and he knows that. Just used the absurdity of it to garner attention and it worked. The implant design was literally a meme he would have gotten botched if there was any truth in it

Rhino is probably one of the only surgeries that has a net benefit for him

The before looks exaggerated angle and the main falio was the nostril size and angle from front I think so hard to tell
