I was watching a clip of Clavicular talking about his Supplement Stack, and at 3:24, he claims to take between 300-500 mg of melatonin daily. How is this even possible? He claims that there are liver and brain benefits because "it is a good antioxidant for your liver." Thoughts?

I understand the recommended doses and benefits of the normal dose, why would he megadose, like does he even it da seems like straight troll to consume that much

  • Melatonin does have antioxidant properties, but there’s no strong human evidence that megadosing improves liver or brain health.
  • At that dose, you risk hormonal disruption, sedation, mood changes, and receptor desensitization.
  • The “more = better antioxidant” logic isn’t how hormones work — they usually follow a U-shaped response curve.
  • It’s technically possible to take that much, but it’s not evidence-based and likely unnecessary.

i doubt its true but with clav you never know, i downed 25 mg of melatonin once cause i thought they were 1mg gummies but they were 5mg and i threw up like crazy
