He should have gotten an otoplasty a long time ago. Very low risk even if you're already GL.

The rhino was more risky though. Imo not worth it. But we'll see how it looks when swelling subsides

it's swollen retard, it's going to take at least 2 months for the baseline of the new look to be visible; the complete result is usually visible in 1.5 to 2 years.

face chemistry is so complex if you are not geneticaly choped or disfigured. The risk of surgery is not worth it. its way to complex science hasnt evolved that far yet. Surgery is far true incels with deform faces. for normal faces debloating, hairstyle fashion all you need

IDK how a dude that came here in 2023 and became mod didn't do the due diligence of research for proper before and afters of the surgeon's results to then decide if he should do the surgery.

I know he was bullied about the rhino early on when he came onto this site and while it was a slight failo, people need to understand you won't be able to change from your base that much and will likely only benefit from minute changes unless you're deformed. I've always said this.
