What you don’t understand is that if Clav makes this choice, it’s not to save money it’s because it’s the best decision. @RealSurgerymax is the best implant designer in the world, by far the most experienced in this field. The price difference exists simply because hospital costs in Turkey are much lower than in the U.S., which can be explained by lower salaries for medical staff, cheaper rent, and other overall operating expenses.

The best surgeon for jaw implants was the now-retired Yaremchuk. Reading through his text “atlas of facial implants”, it’s apparent that even he isn’t as versed in male beauty as this forum is.

So tbh it’s not that giant is a good choice. I doubt he is, but for men he’s kind of the only choice

Yeah. I got pretty close with one of the patient care coordinators in one of my surgeons' offices and she filled me in. She didn't know what specifically led them to revoke it though. My result was good but he was a complete arrogant prick, could totally see how he'd botch people by thinking he was god's gift to surgery and being sloppy. Eppley gets a lot of shit but he's a nice guy and actually cares, unlike Yaremchuk
