I'm not taking a teenage influencer at face value.
In fact, cursory research suggests that it's a bad idea because it can cause gum irritation, sensitivity to tooth pain and enamel erosion long term.
I don't know whether this is 100% true but basic online research is consistently telling me not do it. So pause for thought.
