Girth Training
Clav unironically says you need just 1-2 sets of 1 minute per day (or every other day) of pumping volume, totaling just 1-2 minutes per session, like you're allergic to actual gains. Doing this utterly shit low volume routine will net you zero gains.
If you look at the graph from u/karlwikman of community-logged data (including graphs tracking PE user progress) you can actually see that Total Training Volume is the King of Girth Gains. Drawing from this analysis shows it takes an average of 26 hours of dedicated pumping or clamping to achieve just 0.1 inches of girth. No one in his dataset has seen meaningful gains with ultra-low volumes like 1-2 minutes/day. It's simply too little to trigger the necessary tissue remodeling (e.g., collagen deformation and fibroblast activation).
- According to the data with clavs 2-minute/day routine: It'd take ~780 days (over 2.1 years) to hit that 26-hour threshold for 0.1 inches. So this "safe," low-volume advice is a pipeline to failure. It protects you from gains, not from injury.
- With a more volume-focused routine (e.g., 21 minutes/day via 3x7-minute sets, or Hink's ideal of 30-45 minutes/session or 2x20-25 minutes): You'd reach it in ~74 days (about 2.5-3 months).
A better rule of thumb is 20-35 minutes of pumping time per session of 1-5 minute sets with no breaks in between for optimal growth. Ideal pressure is around 10-12 inHg. So hes right on that you need a pump with a gauze so you know the exact pressure youre pumping at.
Length Training
Clav thinks penile extenders are a "suboptimal option" and advise "don't waste your time with this,". And then links a fucking aliexpress noose Extender as a example JFL
Speedrunning dorsal vein nerve damage with that shit is obvious
You need a high tension Extender with a vac bell (or just hang weight with a vac bell + carabiner + weight stack)
High tension Extender's are highly popular in the PE Community and a lot of People have gotten great results from them simply because they can provide much more tension than a regular ADS (All-day-stretcher) can, which required for actual tissue creep and fibroblast-mediated collagen synthesis.
That being said both devices are valid and standard categories in the length-training toolkit. Extenders however (high-tension) are a primary method for applying consistent stretch, while ADS is positioned as mostly a complementary tool great for "healing in an elongated state" after an extender or hanging session, but not a replacement. Also you have a higher risk of getting blisters with ADS simply because you reamain longer in the vac cup. (DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE STUPID CHINA ADS - DEVICE HE SHOWED IN THE VIDEO EITHER YOU SLIP OUT OF THAT SHITTY THING BEFORE IT CAN GENERATE ANY TENSION OR YOU LOSE YOU PENIS FROM HYPOXIA WITHIN 60 MINUTES OR SO JFL)
ED Meds
Clavicular thinks cialis is supposed to be mainly for "physical vasoconstriction," while Viagra steps in for "mental performative problems."
Total midwit take coming from an supposed expert. Both drugs (Sildenafil and Tadalafil) target the exact same physical pathway by inhibiting PDE5, boosting blood flow via nitric oxide relaxation of smooth muscle. The primary difference is duration where Cialis lasts up to 36 hours, while Viagra only lasts 4-6 hours.
That's it. The "mental vs. physical" distinction is pure bro-science.
