he made up thumb pulling as a joke his glow up was just using compounds puberty getting leaner coloring etc

No not rlly . The most obvious changes have happend into his jaw where his jaw has gotten wider i think clav used to chew mastic gum before to grow his masseters but his jaw grew also cos of trt since at a very young age . Steroids to get a bigger frame ofc these were all his looksmaxxing protocols . I dont think clav would have gotten the same results if he just simply didnt do anything he definetly had a good glow up.
