Clean cut vs dirty cut

Hey guys, does the quality of food I eat during a cut matter for the end goal of being shredded? Im hitting my macros with fast food and it fits into my calorie intake for the day but I dont know if my body would look much better if I ate more organic and nutritious food food instead of fast food. Is the difference big or something negligible?

I mean probably the same muscle results, but you would feel more shitty, have worse skin quality, and your body would be more physically stressed because you are feeding it chemical garbage. It doesn't matter if your goal is how your body would look (unless you care about skin quality), otherwise you're going to feel worse than if you just ate a good diet

Literally just not eating processed foods and eating naturally with what tastes good. Organs especially improve skin quality. When I eat liver my acne goes away for a bit, probably because of the vitamin a and other nutrients like choline. I'd say to avoid oxalates and phytic acid because phytic acid will bind to magnesium, zinc, and iron which you need for good skin. Also avoid vegetables with glucosinolates, which can disrupt thyroid health in big amounts. Eat more fats, and if you are going to eat something sugary, make sure you eat what you need to eat first like fats so your body can learn to process fats as a sustainable energy source.

Honestly idk why you are bulking and cutting. It messes with your horomones

Thanks, im actually just cutting now. I will never bulk ever because I dont wanna look like an ogre or a gymcel. There is much more to life than being obsessed about the gym. Just be lean and toned and thats it. I hit the gym 4 times a week and keep a clean diet. The gym is actually very boring but it is what it is

Yeah, honestly I don't see why people love the roided look. Girls choose an athletic physique more often than a gym physique. Sometimes they're the same thing but still, I think eating right and avoiding physical stress will be a lot better for your physical and mental health. I need to start going back to the gym myself lol

For sure, also years and years of heavy lifting will make you look worse. Evolutionary wise your body thinks it has to do all this heavy lifting so much because youre a slave. It makes you bloated and just looking worse. I just do 3x10 and dont go too crazy. I dont squat, dadlift or bench. Just machines except doing bent over rows. Diet is king always though, thats everything.

I usually do 3x6 and do around 8 exercises when I go to the gym. I like lifting heavy but I don't like to overdo it. Idk if it's a development thing but because I'm starting to grow muscle regardless of whether I go to the gym or not. Do you think I should move myself to 3x8?

Not sure. As long as youre not scrunching your face tbh. I feel like 6 reps is more so strenght focused than hypertrophy. Hypertrophy is in the ranges of 10-12 reps.
