Little update on this thread I made earlier going over how the house I moved into is absolutely shit.

Well I did manage to find a new place thankfully and will be moving out by the end of this month but I still have a whole fucking month here.

So I decided to take things into my own hands and clean this place up, and holy shit it is actually so calming mentally to clean stuff and it’s crazy how such a little act can give you a mental boost.

I completely cleaned the kitchen, there were dishes in the sink with curry stains on them but I used my superhuman lung capacity to hold my breath and clean their dishes for them. I sweeped the floors, bought a new dish rack and replaced the old one with it, cleaned the shelves and dishwasher, cleaned the microwave and pretty much everything.

I even cleaned the bathroom, cleaned the tub, the sink, the actual toilet seat with poop stains on them. It was absolutely fucking disgusting but the end result was worth it.

I have finally transformed this incel tier house to a Stacy magnet, well at least from the front door to my room, the rest of the place like the living room is still trashed and so is everyone’s bedrooms and the upstairs kitchen and bathroom.

Is this how the great British empire felt stepping foot into the slums of Kerala and fixing up the place?
