cleanse with a gentle cleanser ( imo skin1004 foaming gentle cleanser is good )

Cleansing is like dusting your house, would you dust it once in the morning and at night? No, for what? If you're already dusting at night, and no one is entering your house, then why would you just first thing the next day? It's still clean!

The analogy sounded better in my head, but you probably don't need to cleanse twice a day, your natural oils serve a purpose in your skin, your skin evolved to produce them for a reason. In my protocol I only use a cleanser at night, because I sweat, walk a lot, go outside, meaning my skin is actually getting dirty, in the morning I just use water.
