Clear scars and pimples on forehead

Although not as visible from afar/medium length, the majority of pimple “breakouts” and scars are on my forehead while everywhere else on my face is clear for the majority(see attached). What can I do to fix(natural solutions preferred)

I eat what my mom makes alongside a ton of fruit and have milk. I barely eat from outside aswell. With regards to skin I just use aloe Vera gel and lotion.

keep up with this, and use tretinoin or tazarotene.
