Clear skin method

Came up with a weird way to maintain clear skin a long time ago, but it has been working for me for the past 4 years and I thought I would share it. So basically you have to find low grit sandpaper and LIGTLY rub on your face, and the day after your skin will look dry and might have a couple of scabs. And after that mix clean sand in with your cleanser or moisturizer and use in the shower 3x a week. My skin used to be hella rough but this lit fixed it in a week. Also mb if I posted this in the wrong place this is one of my first posts.

Ya I honestly didn’t know this was actually a thing at the time but I think my version is a lot more aggressive and has proven more effective than the soft exfoliation products that are sold

Rep me . But not a bad idea I myself use a manual exfoliant that is also rough but I will try. Good post!
