clear skin w/o retinoids in summer

Whats like the best method to get clear skin? can't use retinoids rn it's so annoying to wear sunscreen all the time in my face in summer since i'm on MT2 and tanning a lot. I'm also trying to shower directly after every workout to wash the sweat of my face.

I've been using tazarotene 0.05 during winter and it kept my skin clear but now, sweating more, bulking (eating like a bit more sugar) and stuff.

Would GHK-CU be an solution to get rid of some pimples? idk any other stuff rn lemme know

you have to apply sunscreen every 2 hours which annoys ofc and should avoid sunlight bro it's summer

you dont have to apply sunscreen at night
apply tazarotene at night
