Isotretinoin will make your skin bulletproof to acne long-term. GHK-Cu on the other hand would improve skin quality primarely.
Use isotret at 0.5mg/kg (40mg @80kg total weight) for a few months and your sebum production will decrease permanently, thus clearing up your acne.
