stick to the basics cleanser (your skin type), moisturizer and sunscreen, tretinoin, accutane if you have acne, eat mostly whole foods, hydrate alot and uhhh just a few other tips

Drink 3L water daily, eat only whole foods, get 2+hrs sunlight everyday, use retinoids like tretinoin or take accutane

i mean if you have acne you can use accutane or tretinoin depending on the severity of it, but if you just have rough texture, comedones, or dark spots then tretinoin 0.05% will do the job
