The fat is dropping day by day. New ab veins popping every day, even unlocked thigh veins leaving almost my entire body coated in a web of pulsating veins with blood rushing through them at 125 bpm resting heart rate. My entire body aches and I need to be very cautious about avoiding cramps that’s hot is no joke. 7 more days to go cool for the summer. Every vein makes me and my girl happier and prouder of my dedication
