I’ve been on clen for abt a week my HRV has dropped by 30ms wondering if I should continue or swap to smth else lost 4 lbs this week tho

I'm on my final week out of six on it and everything has stayed consistent past the fall, HRV dip maintains and my BP without Telmisartin/HCTZ is always fakked like stage 1 hypertension, honestly If you can handle the sides I'd keep in the the stack

The heart of a 600-lb beast and CNS of a man being flayed is worth burning an extra candy bar a day is basically equivalent exchange in my mind so I am untrustworthy doe


TLDR

Apart from personal opinion I'd say you should switch to a better fat burner or a GLP series medication if you are worried about your health, there's just too many sides from a compound like clen that require numerous ancillaries to semi-comfortably refute, all to burn an extra 200-250 calories, rather unimpressive, back to personal opinion, even though I'd never reccomend Clenbuterol I think it isn't a horrible compound
EDIT: ^- Oh and of course taking it for "muscle retention" is a meme, I assumed you know this given your talking about weightloss but for the passerbys using the search function on the compound
