Clenbuterol and enlarged heart?

Is the enlarged heart at clenbuterol a common sideeffect or is it fearmongering?

I am thinking of using it mainly for the stamina at marathons or cardio in general.

What are y‘all other opinions on clen?

take eplerenone 50mg to counter LVH hypertrophy.
