I went up to 120mcg
first week 40mcg
second-third week 80mcg
fourth week 120mcg
then i just run out of it and was too lazy to order more jfl

If you are going on dosages higher than 40mcg, consider running nebivolol, it is cardio-selective so you will not lose out on clens fat burning effect.

Your heart rate will be drastically lower, say it’s 90bpm resting, nebivolol 2.5mg would take it to something like 50-60bpm. Also Clenbuterols fat burning effect isn’t from raising your heart rate so don’t worry about that.

This was probably completely unrelated to your heart rate but just watching out for you I guess.

What was your experience with it ?
How long you used it and the dosage ? How much weight did you lost ?

Max dose 120mcg. Didn't use it for more than like 2-3 days in a row - so much anxiety so no weight lost. Just use semaglutide or tirzepatide
